Wired Magazine recently published an article describing what it considers to be the most controversial Computer Fraud Abuse Act (“CFAA”) criminal prosecutions of all time. Of the seven cases Wired listed, Tor Ekeland P.C. represented the defendants in three of them. The cases are United States v. Auernheimer, 11-CR- 470 (D.N.J.), United States v.
